At Geran’s JoynLrn, we believe that science is not just a subject; it’s a way of thinking, exploring, and understanding the world around us.

Why We Created These Books

As three passionate women with PhDs and postdoctoral careers in science, we’ve spent over a decade immersed in research, teaching, and sharing our love for scientific discovery. But beyond our academic accomplishments, we are mothers to curious, adventurous children aged 5 to 10. We know firsthand the joy of seeing little minds light up with wonder—and the challenge of keeping that spark alive in a world full of distractions.

Our journey began with a shared vision: to bridge the gap between rigorous scientific knowledge and the innate curiosity that children have. We wanted to create something more than just books—we wanted to create a journey where science becomes a magical story to explore and an exciting hands-on activity to try. Through creativity, research, and a deep understanding of children’s learning needs, we aim to empower the next generation to think critically, experiment boldly, and dream big.

Our mission is to make science an adventure that children—and their parents—can enjoy together. As scientists, we strive to ignite a lifelong passion for inquiry and creativity. As mothers, we want to give our children, and yours, the tools to explore, ask questions, and dream big.

Through these books, we hope to inspire the next generation of young scientists, turning curiosity into confidence and learning into joyful discovery.

We are proud to be supported by the herSTART program, an initiative by the Gujarat University Startup and Entrepreneurship Council (GUSEC). This incredible program is dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs, fostering innovation, and creating opportunities for women-led startups to thrive.
As scientists, educators, and mothers, we’ve drawn immense strength and guidance from herSTART, which has provided us with the tools and mentorship to bring our vision to life. With their support, we’ve been able to merge our scientific expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to create books that make science learning joyful, interactive, and accessible for kids everywhere, while championing the role of women in STEM and entrepreneurship.

Our Journey

Founded by three Ph.D’s with science background, Geran's JoynLrn has come a long way from its beginnings.

When we first started out, with our passion for teaching science, we aimed only kids around Us. But now we have reached in faraway places in the country. We’re dedicated to provide kids best of science exposure, with hands on experience at the ease of their home. We will turn their science books to their labs while sitting at home. We’re working to turn our passion for science into a booming science learning platform for kids. We are sure kids will enjoy their science experiments as much as we enjoy teaching it to them.
